Syntax:-CInt(Number)

How to rectify when QTP Menus are not displayed and disappeared ?
Step to rectify the issue.
1.Select QTP Tools menu.
2.Right Click
3. Select "Customize" sub menu.
4. Select "Tool bars" in Customize window.
5. Click "Restore All" button
6. Then Click "Yes" button in confirmation popup.
7.Click on "close" button in customize window..
Now Check all menus will be restored from QTP settings.
1.Select QTP Tools menu.
2.Right Click

1. Object Repository(.trs) file should be corrupted (if its corrupted we can't to anything )
2. Lack of memory space for QTP reports
Step to Solve second Possibility.
1. Open Run window
2. Enter %Temp% and press Enter Key.
3. Delete all file in Temp folder.
Now open the QTP and try to load the file , it will work.

Performance Testing - Open STA -Open Source Tool for Web Applications
Distributed Load Testing-OpenSTA
Distributed Tests
To setup for the original method of distributed testing do the following:
1. Select 1 machine that will be the master on which you will develop the tests and Run: this will be your RepositoryHost and the other machines will be the slave load generating machines.
2. On EACH of your slave machines, configure the OpenSTA Name Server by right clicking on the name server icon in the task bar and selecting Configure. Set the 'Repository Host' to the IP/Name of your master(RepositoryHost).
3. On the master(RepositoryHost) machine, create a test. Add your script to the Task group. Set the 'Host' to the IP of one of your slave machines. Set the VU to the load you want that slave to generate. Set the 'Start' to a scheduled time.
4. Now right-click on the task you've added and select 'Duplicate Task Group'. Set the 'Host in the duplicated task to another slave's IP. Optionally, you can modify the load.
5. Repeat Step 4 for all the slaves.

What is different between Dim and Redim? And how to handle Dynamic array?
Declaring an array with empty parentheses (without dimension subscripts) is called Dynamic arrays.
Ex: Public\Private\Dim ArrayName ( )
The Dim Statement is used to declare the Size for Static array.
The ReDim statement is used to size or resize a dynamic array.
Using ReDim statement You can change the number of elements and dimensions in an array repeatedly.
Using ReDim statement You can change the number of elements and dimensions in an array repeatedly.
Ex: 1 ) Dim X(10)
ReDim X(15)
Ex :2 ). Dim X(10, 10)
ReDim X(10, 15)
Here if your array has two or more dimensions, you can change the size of only the last dimension only.
NOTE: If you are using ReDim for changing the size or Dimensions of Dynamic array, it's erasing an existing data contained in the array. to avoid this you should use Preserve Keyword before the array name.
Ex: Dim X(10)
ReDim Preserve X(15)
